Comparative Analysis of Building Rating Systems and Occupant Rating Systems

چکیده
To begin with, rating systems are a beneficial tool in determining the efficiency of building’s ability to utilise its resources effectively. In this study, two elements under comparison Building Rating Systems (BRSs) and Occupant (ORSs). The main objective paper is be able examine most commonly applied international national BRS ORS and, based on that, discover possibility developing an integration both into one system. Quite simply, method by which buildings assessed given score numerous features such as each services, total energy consumption, alternate options consumption. There various BRSs that implemented globally, with own set criteria specifications. Thus, analysis benefits drawbacks types systems, it could deduced well-rounded system all technical non-technical aspects combined would building well occupants’ health well-being.
